  5. Prepare 5 medium of Dried tofu.
  6. You need 1 cup of Button mushroom.
  7. Prepare 1 pinch of Salt ( as desired ).
  8. It’s 2 large of garlic ( whole bulbs ) ( DO NOT CUT ).
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of Ground white pepper.

  3. Boil 1 liter water in crockpot and let it come to a boil ..

  5. Cover the crockpot and let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. After 30 minutes , Add 2 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce and 3 tablespoons of Thick Soy Sauce.
  7. Cover the pot again and let it simmer for another 15 minutes.
  8. After 15 minutes , add dried tofu , button mushroom , ground white pepper and salt.
  9. Cover the crockpot for the last time and let it simmer for another 10 minutes ..
