Homemade Spicy Herb Hot Sauce

Ingredients
- 10 fresh hot chile peppers, stems removed
- 1 onion, coarsely chopped
- ¼ cup pitted fresh dates (or more to taste)
- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
- ¼ cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1 Roma tomato, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons beef bouillon powder
- 4 garlic cloves
- ½ cup vegetable oil (or as needed)
- Salt to taste
- Fresh lemon juice (1 squeeze)

Directions
- Add chile peppers, onion, dates, basil, parsley, tomato, bouillon powder, and garlic to a food processor.

- Season with salt to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice, reduce heat, and simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Let the sauce cool completely, then transfer to a glass jar with a lid.
- Store in the refrigerator and use as needed.
